A Knowledge Intelligence Platform for Commercial Teams

Overview

Our Client is an AI-powered Knowledge Intelligence platform that turns enterprise knowledge into measurable business performance for commercial teams. The platform tests, measures, and improves what field teams, Healthcare Professionals, and commercial stakeholders actually know — at the individual, team, topic, and regional level — then identifies, prioritizes, and remediates knowledge gaps automatically while quantifying the revenue impact of unresolved gaps. An established Life Sciences leader since 2014, the Company serves 17 of the top 50 global Life Sciences companies, with 120+ active customers, deployments in 50+ countries, and more than 275 million knowledge tests in its database. Its global commercial footprint spans EMEA, the US, and APAC, with over 75% of revenue generated internationally.

Platform

The platform is built in five layers on top of a proprietary Record of Knowledge. AI content generation turns trusted, customer-approved sources into micro-content, quiz questions, AI-avatar podcasts, and chatbots in multiple languages. A mobile-first, gamified app delivers peer-to-peer knowledge battles during idle moments, driving 90%+ engagement versus typical LMS completion rates while capturing question-level knowledge data. A proven remediation engine closes 35% of non-critical gaps through smart repetition and cuts failures on critical content by 75%. Advanced analytics convert hit/miss data into clear readiness KPIs — commercial, product, medical, and market readiness per person, team, or country — and a value-per-gap framework prices each knowledge gap so customers can calculate ROI. A source-locked AI readiness chatbot extends support beyond every program, adapting to each rep's live knowledge profile.

Market

The Company created and occupies the Knowledge Intelligence layer that sits between the LMS, sales enablement, and commercial analytics — measuring what teams actually know rather than tracking activity or completion — and rarely faces direct competitors in deals. It solves a clear, high-value problem: average field-force knowledge levels run at only ~72%, and the ~28% of missing knowledge puts roughly €20k of revenue at risk per rep annually. Customer decision-makers span Marketing and Product, Sales and Commercial Excellence, Sales Training, and Medical leadership, giving the Company access to commercial budgets well beyond traditional L&D spend.

Opportunity

Our Client offers a category-creating platform with proven land-and-expand economics — landing at the local business-unit level and expanding to country, regional, and HQ deployments. The platform enables e-learning providers, revenue enablement players, and Life Sciences service organizations to convert labor-intensive readiness and launch-excellence programs into scalable, recurring software revenue, and it provides an installed-base upsell layer on commercial and frontline seats least exposed to AI-driven headcount reduction. With 77.0% Life Sciences gross revenue retention and 100.7% net revenue retention in 2025, the Company is well-positioned for its next phase of growth. Kensington Park Capital has been engaged to lead the search for the right partner.
