Premier Global On-Demand Charter, Aircraft Management and MRO Platform

Overview

Our Client is a rapidly growing Part 135 Class II charter and aircraft management company operating over 20 large-cabin, long-range Business Jet aircrafts. The Company serves domestic and international markets through a floating fleet model and generates approximately 90% of its revenue from charter flights.

The Company also provides aircraft management, in-house maintenance and repair (MRO), fuel services, aircraft sales and acquisitions, consulting, and jet card programs. Its asset-light model is built primarily around aircraft supplied by owners and investment partners, allowing the fleet to expand without direct acquisition of aircraft.

Expertise & Differentiation

Aircraft availability is central to the Company’s operating model. In-house MRO, direct parts sourcing and dedicated aircraft recovery teams help minimize downtime and return aircraft to service quickly. Exceptional execution delivers a 98% trip completion rate, 97% dispatch reliability and 80 to 100 monthly revenue hours per aircraft.

Built and led by career pilots with deep industry expertise, our Client holds ARGUS Platinum, Wyvern Wingman and IS-BAO safety credentials, as well as worldwide operating authority. Its large-cabin fleet supports domestic and international missions, with international activity representing approximately 70% of flights during the peak winter travel season.

Market Position

Charter demand is supported by a broad network of brokers that source aircraft based on availability, response time and reliability. Revenue is distributed across multiple broker relationships, with no single broker accounting for more than approximately 10% of revenue. The Company has also invested approximately $600,000 in a technology platform supporting instant quoting, online booking and client-facing Mobile App technology to support direct bookings and repeat client activity. Existing 10-hour and 25-hour jet card programs provide an additional channel for growing prepaid, direct revenue.

Investment Opportunity

Our Client offers an established operating certificate, top safety credentials, integrated maintenance capabilities and multiple channels for adding third-party-owned aircraft. Additional growth opportunities include expanding direct bookings, greater jet card participation, fractional ownership solution, increasing maintenance services and developing selected adjacent aviation offerings. The Company is seeking a strategic or financial partner to support continued fleet growth and further develop its integrated aviation platform. Kensington Park Capital has been retained to lead this process.
